Directions:

2 oz Trovador Inspirado

.5 oz Apricot Liqueur

1 oz Pineapple Juice

.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice

.25 oz Simple Syrup

Directions: Add all ingredients except sparkling white wine to a shaker tin. Add ice and shake, then strain into a chilled glass.
