This mojito-meets-French 75 is the best of both worlds – minty and elegant, it’s perfect as a porch pounder or as a pre-dinner cocktail.

Pro Tip: replace the sparkling white wine with sparkling rosé for an extra good time. 

Single Serving:

1.5 oz Trovador Inspirado Rum

.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice

.75 oz Simple Syrup

5-7 mint leaves

Sparkling white wine, to top

Directions: Add all ingredients except sparkling white wine to a shaker tin. Add ice and shake, then double-strain into a chilled glass. Top with your favorite sparkling white wine.

For A Crowd:

24 oz Trovador Inspirado Rum (1 750mL bottle)

12 oz Fresh Lime Juice

12 oz Simple Syrup

4 oz strongly brewed mint tea

1 bottle of cava, to top

Directions: Add all ingredients except sparkling white wine to a large container or pitcher. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve. When ready, pour 3oz of mix into a cup or glass, and top with your favorite sparkling white wine.
