Shipping Policy (Merchandise)

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary based on the method selected at checkout.

  • Domestic shipping: Typically 3–7 business days from order fulfillment.

  • Order tracking: A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

  • Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control (e.g., carrier disruptions, customs).

  • Lost or stolen packages: Please contact the carrier directly. We will do our best to support claims, but cannot guarantee replacement.

Return Policy (Merchandise)

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Non-returnable items: Only merchandise may be returned. Spirits are shipped from a third-party vendor, and are not returnable.

  • Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
